CKCS Learner Fair 2019

Classroom Projects

Grades K-3 –Lower Cafeteria

Passion Projects

Grades 4-5 –Small Gym

Grades 6-8 –Big Gym

Middle school students are required to be at the Learner Fair. It counts towards their grade.

Their assignment includes presenting their project to adults to get their signature. Please visit a few projects (or more) so the kids can show off their work and complete their assignment.

Elementary students are encouraged to attend.

K-5th graders have assigned projects that are due in the classroom March 18th through March 20th. They will be put on display for viewing during the Learner Fair.

There are some wonderful middle school projects that kids will not be able to see during the school day and they love showing off their hard work to you too so please join us for the fair if you are able.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial

Hosted by the 8th Graders – Step Room
The Core Knowledge 8th graders have chosen to focus on veterans for their service learning projects.  One project we are excited about is hosting an exhibit called Wisconsin Remembers: A Face for Every Name.  This exhibit shows a picture of every Wisconsin soldier killed in the Vietnam War.  More information about the exhibit can be found at

Art Glow Show

Grades K-8 (CKCS & BRMS) – Middle School Art Room 500
All CKCS K-8 and BRMS students will have their art displayed under LED blacklight panels where all projects will glow in the dark in our Under the Sea Glow K-8 Art Show! We started planning the show in September. Each Advisory class painted a backdrop for the exhibit. Come see their creativity in this unique exhibit in the MS Art Room.
